Geelong Constructions is a custom home builder specialising in delivering mid to high end homes and townhouses across Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine Peninsula.

Michael Spiteri

Michael is the owner and Director of Geelong Constructions. He is as passionate today about building and architecture as the day he started the company back in 2006. Michael has over 20 years experience in the building industry, including more than 15 years as a Registered Building Practitioner.  He is genuinely driven by providing a beautiful home and creating a personalised and positive building experience for clients.  Michael’s long-term career in construction and business management has been instrumental in establishing a strong team with aligned values. 

Judd

Meet Judd (aka Juddy). Judd is the point of call for project documentation throughout the pre-construction and construction phase of your build. Judd has 11 years experience in the industry and a Diploma of Building & Construction. He is dedicated and is always precise in his work and is driven by ensuring our clients are happy.

In his spare time Juddy enjoys camping, hiking and fishing. 

Matthew

Matt’s experience in the building industry spans more than 10 years, working across a variety of management roles. His background in management has provided Matt with outstanding organisation and communication skills, ensuring the needs of our clients and subcontractors are taken care of. 

Matthew enjoys riding, surfing and being active. He especially likes to spend time with his family and is a keen supporter of his kids sporting activities.

Lydia

Lydia joined Geelong Constructions after 20 years in the WorkCover Industry.  Her passion for project management, building architecture, and interiors lead to a complete career change.   Lydia’s personalised approach to communicating with clients is highly regarded. Assisting client’s to make decisions on finishes, Lydia will ensure you are happy with the look and feel of your home. 

Michael

Geelong born and raised, Michael has 27 years experience in the construction industry. He began his career as an apprentice carpenter, moved onto estimating, and is currently a Site Supervisor with Geelong Constructions. We are so proud of all the positive feedback we receive from our clients in their dealings with Michael. He is a great communicator, project manager, and an overall really nice person.  In his spare time Michael loves to spend time with his wife and children, watch a great movie and enjoy a game of tenpin bowling.   

Gerard

Working in the construction industry for over 18 years, Gerard is our Lead Carpenter. Starting in the landscaping game, he found another passion in carpentry. Not only is Gerard highly skilled in what he does, he is a fabulous mentor and role model to our apprentices. Gerard loves to play golf when he gets the chance and spend time with his family and friends.

Nicholas

Nicholas is our Project Coordinator, managing his time on pre-construction, construction and post construction stages. Currently studying a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Construction Management, Nicholas enjoys expanding his hands on knowledge and growing within our team.

Nicholas’ love of his hometown in Tasmania and his passion in sailing has recently led him to compete in the Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race. Nicholas was the youngest Navigator in the competition’s history, such a great achievement.
