The Balmoral House is a striking yet subtle Hamptons inspired home, which is in keeping with its bay setting. The clients wanted to build their family home in a traditional aesthetic but with modern features like hydronic flooring and solar panels to make their home energy efficient. The light filled home wraps around an in ground concrete pool surrounded by landscaping bringing the outdoors in for relaxed entertaining. The entry to the house features a 5.8m high turret, which offers a sneak peak to the grandeur of the house. The linea weatherboards, timber fret work, large gable and two turrets give the house a harmonious and sculptural form, which reflects the relaxed warmth of the home.
