This custom built California Bungalow style home in Geelong’s city center is a true classic. Our client wanted a façade which reflected the older looking buildings in the street, it is easy to assume this was a renovation. The exterior was beautifully designed to comply with the heritage overlay. Sitting on a 200 square metre parcel of land, this residence was built boundary to boundary however sits proudly on the street scape.
